Surgery or Open Days
Surgery or Open Days can be run as part of a programme of events for employers on behalf of employees and can sometimes be combined with Pre-Retirement Seminars or Redundancy Planning.
We ask you to book a date/s and make a suitable room available in your offices where we can meet individual employees and provide specific Independant Financial Advice. We then ask you to circulate an email advertising that you have the services of an Independent Financial Adviser and ask employees to make appointments at their convenience. This is usually coordinated with human resources.
Our Adviser will be available on the day to meet individual employees who have arranged appointments. At this meeting we can provide specific advice to employees providing impartial, no obligation Independent Financial Advice. This is a very valuable benefit. A service such as this, outside of work, can typically cost many hundreds of pounds. This service is offered to our partner companies at our own cost, which means that it is free to both employees and employers.
